UK Delivery

The standard delivery charge for small items (such as cushions and other accessories) is between £15 and £20 depending on the specific parcel.

Please note that when ordering multiple small items, the delivery charge may increase to cover the additional size and weight of the package.

To receive parcels, someone needs to be at the purchase address or any other delivery address you have specified at the time of your purchase all day between 8a.m. - 6p.m. to receive the parcel and sign for the delivery.  Please note that the courier will not phone in advance.  A courier who will phone in advance can be arranged but this will be more expensive.

Delivery outside the UK

For delivery outside the UK, please email shop@kateguinness.co.uk for advice on shipping charges and lead times.

For delivery within the UK but Outside Mainland UK (including Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands) please email shop@kateguinness.co.uk for advice on shipping charges and lead times.

Lead Times

In stock standard delivery items are usually delivered within 7 working days of the order being placed and tracking details are provided. However, please allow up to 10 days for delivery during busy periods. If you need something more urgently, please contact us at shop@kateguinness.co.uk to discuss expedited delivery.

Please note that we try our best to ensure that goods are delivered when we say they will be delivered but Kate Guinness Design can take no responsibility for any problems caused by delays by couriers or any other third party. 

If, for some reason, Kate Guinness Design becomes aware that your order cannot be met or delivered within the specified time we will contact you promptly to make alternative arrangements.

Loss and Damages

Goods lost or damaged in transit will be fully insured by the delivery company. Goods shipped using your own shipper are entirely at your risk, not the risk of Kate Guinness Design.

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the specified time, please contact Kate Guinness Design as soon as possible.

Returns

In Stock Items

We hope you are happy with your purchase, however, should you wish to return an item(s), we accept returns of in stock items within 14 days of purchase, so long as they are returned unused and in excellent condition. Items that smell of smoke, or that are returned in unsuitable packaging will not be accepted. We also require receipt of purchase to be provided with returned items.  If these conditions are met, the full cost of the item(s) will be refunded.  Please note that the cost of shipping is not refundable.

Please note that the cost of return shipping must be borne by the customer. Furthermore, we cannot accept liability for returned goods lost or damaged in transit and strongly recommend that you obtain proof of posting and take out sufficient insurance cover when returning items to us.

Made to Order and Sale Items

Made to order items cannot be returned or exchanged. Cancellation of a bespoke item order may be made up to 24 hours after order placement and a full refund obtained. After this time, a 50% cancellation fee will be retained from the original order value

Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
